Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha, Tanzania

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, our guide will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Relax and enjoy a briefing about the upcoming safari adventure.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park Game Drive

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and baobab-studded landscapes. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, and buffalo. Check into your lodge or camp for overnight.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Conservation Area & Crater Game Drive

After breakfast, transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive, spotting rhinos, lions, elephants, buffalo, and flamingos. Check into your lodge overlooking the crater for overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park Game Drives

Drive to the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s premier wildlife destination. Enjoy afternoon game drives, observing predators, elephants, zebras, and wildebeest. Overnight at your lodge or luxury camp in the Serengeti.

Day 5: Departure

Start the day with an early morning breakfast. After breakfast, drive or fly back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight, concluding your 5-day Big Five Encounters Safari.
